Daniel Neuland, born in 1988, is a German music producer and DJ based in Berlin. Since 2004, he has been releasing music and performing on stages both big and small around the world. He began his career on the stages of the local and national hip-hop scene, later transitioning to a decade-long presence on international dubstep stages.
In 2019, Daniel Neuland embraced the vibrant techno culture of Berlin and has been producing and performing under his own name ever since. His sound falls somewhere between indie dance and tech-house, consistently infused with his musical roots in hip-hop and dubstep. This unique combination has earned him recognition as an innovative creative force within the techno scene.
As a co-founder of his own label, 44 Hertz, “Neuli” has been independently releasing his music since 2023. The label’s accompanying event series of the same name found its home in the iconic Kater Blau that same year, extending its influence far beyond Berlin.
At the end of 2024, his single “Alle Warten”, a collaboration with Sarah Bass, is released on Tipping Point. The track reaches #2 on the Beatport Indie Dance Charts and remains in the Top 20 for an additional eight weeks. This achievement propels Daniel Neuland into the Top 100 of the Beatport Indie Dance Yearly Charts.
“Neuli” is a regular performer at renowned Berlin clubs such as Kater Blau, Sisyphos, KitKat and Ritter Butzke. Beyond Berlin, he frequently performs both nationally and internationally. His releases on prominent labels like Heinz Music, Hollystone Records, and SNOE have been widely praised for their playful creativity and heartfelt performances. Neuland is celebrated for his passion for music and his ability to blend various styles of electronic music, creating something fresh and new for the dance floor.
